Our Rooms...
The Guest House is not a full service hotel and does not try to imitate Western hotels or the things that they provide. We are a small intimate Thai operated Guest House that is comfortable and clean. This is Thailand and personal concern, with a smile, is our way.
We have a VIP suite and 2 extra large rooms with King size beds. Both rooms include the following facilities:

1 - 30 November THB 850 per room per night
1 December - 28 February THB 950 per room per night
1 March - 30 April THB 850 per room per night
- The above rates are a guide and are negotiable at the time of making an accommodation enquiry. - Special rates apply at the time of booking, for longer stays of 10 nights or more. - Breakfast is not included, but customers staying in any of our rooms are entitled to a 10% discount on all food and beverages consumed in Le Bistro restaurant. - There is no extra charge for guests. - Rooms are available for short stays; please contact the Duty Bar Manager for rates. - Transport from/to the airport is available upon request.
VIP SUITE
The VIP suite comprises of, in addition to our King size room facilities, Kitchenette/Dining area/Lounge/King sized Bedroom and a large walk in wardrobe.
Extra facilities boast a Jacuzzi, Sauna and a small secluded sun deck area.
1 May - 31 October THB 2,500 per room per night
1 November - 30 April THB 3,250 per room per night
- A 10% discount per night applies for stays in excess of 10 nights. - For longer stays, 31 nights or more, 40% discount plus an additional charge of THB 100 (for electricity) per night. - Payments for the longer stays are requested, in advance, at 15 day intervals.
Customers staying in the VIP Suite are entitled to a 10% discount on all food and beverages consumed in the Le Bistro restaurant.
The Sundowners, a member of the Sundowners group (www.sundownersinparadise.com) has 3 king size and 4 queen size rooms.
DVDs can be rented, for a small charge, through the Le Bistro Restaurant.
